Little Sniff Design Studio is officially 10 years old, and we honestly can’t believe we get to say that. Ten years of creativity, collaboration, late-night brainstorms, big wins, lessons learned, and the kind of growth that only happens when you keep showing up and doing the work.
Reaching a decade in business is a big deal, and we wanted to celebrate it in a way that feels very “us.” Something fun. Something useful. Something you can actually enjoy right away.
So we’re throwing a mini birthday party, and you get the gifts.
10 Days of Giveaways (because one freebie isn’t enough)
To celebrate our 10-year milestone, we thought it would be fun to do 10 Days of Giveaways, which means a brand new freebie every day for the next 10 days. Consider it our way of saying thank you for being here, supporting small businesses, cheering on creative work, and following along on this Sniff Design Studio journey.
And with the 4th of July right around the corner, the timing could not be more perfect.
There’s something about this time of year that feels extra fitting for celebrating small business growth. Summer is in full swing, people are traveling and creating and planning, and the spirit of independence is everywhere. We also can’t ignore one of the greatest traditions around, the almighty freebie. So yes, we’re leaning into it. A little throwback fun, with that classic “small business independence” energy.

Day 1 Freebie: Animal-Themed Printable Luggage Tags
To kick-start our “10 Days of Giveaways: Celebrating 10 Years of Success,” we created a set of animal-themed luggage tags for you to print and use.
Because summertime is made for getting away, even if it’s just a quick weekend trip, a road trip, or a day adventure that turns into an overnight because you found a cute little place you couldn’t resist. And if you’re traveling, one small thing that makes a surprisingly big difference is having something that helps your bag stand out fast.
A custom luggage tag does two things beautifully:
1) It helps you spot your luggage instantly (goodbye baggage-claim guessing game).
2) It adds a little personality to your travel gear (because why not).
These tags are designed to be easy to make, sturdy when printed on thicker paper, and fun enough to make you smile every time you see them hanging from your bag. They’re also versatile, so even if you’re not traveling right now, you can still put them to use in plenty of other ways, like:
•• labeling kids’ backpacks and school bags
•• tagging gym bags, dance bags, and sports totes
•• adding them to pet travel crates or pet sitter bags
•• using them as gift tags for wrapped presents
•• tying them onto storage bins or craft bins for a cute organizational touch
Basically, if you can tie it on, you can tag it.
A quick + helpful design tip:
If you want these tags to last longer (especially for real travel), print them on cardstock, and consider adding a little extra protection. Laminating is ideal, but if you don’t have a laminator, you can also reinforce them with clear packing tape. It’s a simple upgrade that keeps them looking crisp through airport handling, car trips, summer weather, and all the travel chaos in between.
DIRECTIONS:
You’ll need:
Cardstock or thick paper (recommended), scissors, a scoring tool, and ribbon/string or luggage loops.
• Print the luggage tags on card stock or thick paper. •
• Cut around the edges of each tag.•
• Score the middle of each tag with a dulled object (think butter knife). This helps create a clean fold without cracking the paper. •
• Fold over each tag.•
• Trim the top sides if needed so the folded shape sits neatly and evenly.•
• Punch a hole at the top and add ribbon, string, or a luggage loop.•
Optional: Laminate or reinforce with clear tape for extra durability.
