With this transaction Buyer acknowledges that the purchase comes with a non-exclusive limited use license so that the Purchaser may use the image for personal or professional use in the normal course of Purchaser’s pet related business. Purchaser may not alter, edit or manipulate the product and/or digital product. Sniff Design Studio® remains the sole and exclusive owner and holder of the copyright. Purchaser may not sell, lease, loan, transfer, assign, or give away the image or a derivative thereof or otherwise allow a third-party to use the image in any way. The Purchaser may not use this purchase to promote graphic design related workshops, webinars, classes, how-to blog posts or newsletters, or any pet business graphic design related training. Due to the nature of digital download(s) and therefore with the purchased item remaining intact with the purchaser; there ARE NO REFUNDS.
PURCHASER MAY:
– Use the digital work(s) and/or product(s) for both personal and professional business use(s).
– Use the digital work(s) and/or product(s) for your own private clients.
– Use specified digital work(s) for your own online marketing and/or self-promos.
PURCHASER MAY NOT:
– Remove copyright from any of the artwork sold and/or downloaded from this store or claim authorship derived from any of the work(s).
– Share or resale the work(s) and/or product(s) for resale of any kind (digital or physical goods).
– Use the product in any manner that it was not explicitly created for. (Ex: Use it for branding. Our product(s) are meant to be an asset to your business’s branding not the sole source of your business’s branding.)
– Use the work(s) and/or product(s) in any way, shape or form that would be defamatory.
