Like dog, like owner?

So, just what does our furry friends reveal about us? Well according to researches done on this very nifty subject; it shows that dog owners tend to look like their pets. But we here at Sniff Design would dare to also suggest that there is also some distinct differences between ‘dog people’ and ‘cat people’ too, just like the folks over psychology today in their Canine Corner article published back in February. To further illustrate this; check out this awesome infographic below by Column Five Media.

The Twisted Whiskers Show – Take A Walk on the Twisted Side

The Twisted Whiskers Show

Check out this animated series; ‘The Twisted Whiskers Show’, via agKidZone – starring a slew of wacky whacked out pets. From Goosers to Cutie Snoot; you will be laughing your head off watching this group of fun and fuzzed characters from the Hasbro/Discovery network. Everyone of the pet personality shown in the series, is absolutely hilarious, not to mention almost dead on when it comes to characterizing these of cats, dogs, mice, birds, and squirrels. Now, the only missing character I’d like to see here would be a dachshund. That would make the show just ‘perfffffect’. NOTE: A little interesting fact about this characters is that they were originally produced by American Greetings as part their line of pet greeting cards.

STOP! Don’t leave your house with naked hands:

Manny is a carefree dog. All dogs and cats around the neighborhood love him. He is a guard dog, but every time he has a chance he will invite all his critter friends over to have a great time, eating, playing, and pooping all over the house. For this reason he has been kicked out or sent to the animal shelter several times. Manny is currently looking for a home. Favorite foods are leftovers from the taco shop and anything with cheese. Dislikes are getting up early to fetch newspapers, and morning jogs. If you think that you’d like to have a little Manny for your friend, be sure to visit this awesome puppet making site here, and see others as well as download lots of free patterns.
